What’s included in SmileInspector?
SmileInspector includes clear aligner treatment planning tools plus STL export for production. Every plan includes AI-assisted setup, segmentation and staging, attachments and IPR, the Doctor Viewer for sharing, and support updates.
What does “per case” mean?
A case is one patient treatment plan. You can create unlimited setups within that case.
What does “per user” mean?
Per user means one named user account: one login assigned to one person. If you need multiple team members, you’ll need multiple users.
Do you manufacture aligners?
No. SmileInspector provides treatment planning and STL export only. Aligner manufacturing is done by your lab or production partner.
Can I export STL files for any lab?
Yes. You can export production-ready STL files for in-house printing/thermoforming or send them to any lab you choose.
Do you support in-house production?
Yes. SmileInspector supports STL export for in-house workflows. Your printing, thermoforming, and materials are handled on your side.
What file formats do you export?
STL export is included in all plans.
What’s the difference between Pay as you go and Unlimited?
- Pay as you go is best if you plan cases occasionally and don’t want a subscription. You pay per case.
- Unlimited is best for high-volume planning. You pay per user / month and get unlimited cases.
Is there a limit on setups per case?

What is Early Adopter Pricing?
Early Adopter Pricing is limited-time pricing available for early users. When it ends, standard pricing applies to new subscriptions/case purchases.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move from Pay as you go to Unlimited when your volume increases.
Do you offer discounts for teams or multiple users?
Unlimited is priced per user. For larger teams, Enterprise can include custom terms and centralized management.
