Does the patient need an account?
No. The link opens the case directly, with no registration and no app to download.
Does Patient Viewer cost extra?
No. Patient Viewer is part of SmileInspector, with no separate charge.
Can the patient change anything?
No. Patient Viewer is for looking. Review and approval happen in Doctor Viewer, and planning happens in the SmileInspector Application.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The link opens on a phone, a tablet, or a computer, in the browser that is already there.
What does the patient actually see?
Their own case. Before and after, the movement played through from current smile to new smile, five views covering front, top, bottom, left, and right, and the number of aligners.
Where does the link come from?
Generate it in the application, on any case, and it surfaces on the case in Portal. Send it however you already talk to patients.
Does the patient see the clinical detail?
No. Patient Viewer shows the result and the movement, not the planning tools. Attachments, IPR, and staging stay in the application and in Doctor Viewer.
Can the case go out under our own name?
Yes. White labeling is available on request, so the patient sees your logo and colors on the case you sent them.
