SmileInspector Portal

One shared place for every case

Portal is where your organization's aligner cases live, shared with the people who need them, with files, comments, approvals, and a history naming who changed what and when.

Cleared by the FDA

What you get asked, and where it is answered

Four questions a client or a colleague will ask you this month, and the part of Portal that answers each.

Who changed this, and when

Which setup did the doctor approve

What did this case cost

Is anyone else in this case right now

Everything about a case stays on the case

Comments written in Doctor Viewer arrive on the case as they are typed, so review reaches your planner instead of an inbox.

Find the file you shipped months later.

Incoming scans and exported production files stay with the case.

Hand a doctor a link from here.

Viewer links generated in the application surface on the case.

Start a refinement without starting over.

A refinement carries the record into the next round.

Reach any case
in one search

Search the way your team already talks. Case ID, name, doctor, patient, or your own external ID, so your job numbers keep working.

See where cases stand before opening one. Status, approval, locked, and last updated all show in the list.

Narrow a long list. Filter by case type.

Doctor

Sends a case for planning, then reviews the finished plan in Doctor Viewer. Changes the final position, attachments, and IPR, comments, and approves or rejects. Shares the case with their patient.

FAQ

Does the AI plan the case for me?

No. Portal is included with SmileInspector, with no separate charge.

Yes, by email, with the Doctor role. They work under their own account, so their approval carries their name.

Every event on the case, written as a readable sentence with the name of the person who did it and a timestamp. Case created, file uploaded, status changed, case locked, case unlocked, and the rest. Nobody has to remember who touched a case in March.

Either. A case created in Portal and a case created in the application are one case, with files uploaded on the same form, so your team can start wherever they already work.

Yes. Search covers case ID, case name, doctor, patient, and your own external ID, so the numbering your team already uses keeps working. The list can also be filtered by case type.

The transactions table names the operation, the amount, the balance after it, the case it belongs to, and the member who spent it. Spend traces back to both a case and a person.

Invite by email as Technician, Doctor, Account Administrator, or Account Owner. Roles are a fixed set rather than a role builder, and one member can hold several at once, which means nobody has to share a login to get a second permission.

Yes. Single sign-on is available, so access follows the accounts and policies your organization already runs.
